How to Sign Up
All you need to access the products and offers featured on Daily Wish is an
American Express® Card. Once you have your Card information handy, click "Sign Up for Daily Wish" in the top right corner of the page, enter your Card information to verify you’re eligible, and you’re all set.
Don’t worry — your Card isn’t charged unless you purchase a product.
Don't forget to enter your email address to receive our Weekly Alert which gives you the upcoming week's products and sale times in advance.
Please note that creating a login for the Product Reviews section does not

When to Sign Up
We recommend you sign up for Daily Wish before the product you want goes on sale
so you can try for it as soon as it’s available. Remember, the Card you use to
unlock the site is the same Card you’ll need to use to make a purchase.
As long as you don’t delete your cookies and use the same computer, you will
only need to do this once.

Card Eligibility
Use any American Express Card. Corporate Cards and pre-paid cards are not eligible, and can't be used to sign up for Daily Wish. Also, you must be a legal U.S.
resident and 18 years or older to participate.

You can browse through the current collections by clicking the collection
names at the top of the page to see what’s available now and what’s coming
up.
Simply click on the [+] icon for the item you’re interested in to find extra
product information and complete offer details, including estimated standard
shipping charges, in the product/offer details section.

Clicking on the “I Want It” Button
On sale days, a countdown clock appears on the page that lets you know the
exact second the sale begins. Here’s what you need to do to try for the
product you want:
- As soon as a sale starts, click on the “I Want It” button for the product you’re interested in.
- If there’s still inventory available, you’ll immediately get a message on the
site telling you that the item is reserved for you — you then have one minute to decide if you want to go ahead with your purchase.

Timing Out
To give all Cardmembers a chance to get in on the products we showcase,
we’ve put a cap on the time you have to decide whether you want to go ahead
with a purchase or not. If you don’t act within 60 seconds after clicking on the
“I Want It” button, the item that’s been reserved for you is released and made
available again to other Cardmembers. If your time has expired and you still
want the product, you can try clicking on the “I Want It” button again to see if
the item is still available.

“Try Again” Messages
If you’re getting a “Try Again” message, it means all inventory for the product
you’re trying to buy is currently on hold for other Cardmembers while they
decide if they want to go ahead with their purchase. There’s still a possibility
an item or two might free up, so keep trying!

Hot Products
To make sure everyone has a chance to participate in Daily Wish, we limit the
number of Hot products you can get per collection to one. And because
they’re so popular, cars are limited to one per Cardmember for the duration of

Sold Out Products
Once a product is sold out on the Daily Wish website, it’s no longer available
at the special Daily Wish price, and we can’t guarantee the product will be
featured again in the future. If you still want it, check out our retail partner’s
website — the item might still be available at the regular price, and you can
also shop for similar products.
You have to act fast once a sale begins — for items that are in very high
demand, inventory can go fast. To be prepared and get sales times in
advance, sign up for the weekly e-mail — you’ll get a sneak peek at each
week’s sales every Monday.

Completing Your Purchase with the Partner
Once a product has been reserved for you, you’ll complete your purchase in
one of several ways:
- You’ll be taken directly to the partner site, where you finalize your purchase by paying the Daily Wish price.
- You’ll be given a promo code and then connected to the partner site, where you enter the promo code during the e-commerce process to receive your Daily Wish discount.
- You’ll fill out and submit an online registration form on Daily Wish, after which a merchant will contact you to finalize your purchase over the phone.
- You’ll enroll in the offer by filling out and submitting a registration form on Daily Wish. After you make your qualifying purchase, you’ll receive a credit on your Card statement. Remember that to get your
statement credit, you’ll need to use the same Card to make your purchase that you used to unlock the Daily Wish site.

Sales Tax
The total cost of your purchase will be confirmed by the partner right before
you complete your purchase, as sales tax is applied according to your
individual state and local regulations. The Daily Wish price does not include
tax unless it’s stated otherwise in the offer terms.

Your Confirmation E-mail
You’ll get a confirmation e-mail directly from our partner with your order
information. If you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail after completing your
purchase on the partner’s website, please contact the partner directly. See

Please note that reservation confirmation e-mails sent from Daily Wish are
only applicable for those items for which your purchase has to be completed
offline. If this is the case, we let you know on the site that we’re sending you
an e-mail with the details of your reservation.
If you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail for an offline purchase reservation
made on Daily Wish, please contact us by e-mail.

Your shipping options will be provided on our partner’s site right before you
complete your purchase, as they vary by product and partner. You can find
estimated standard shipping charges in the product/offer details section.

Before you finalize your purchase, our retail partner will provide you with the
shipping options that are available for your product. After you complete your
purchase, you’ll get an order confirmation from our partner with the specific
shipping and tracking information for your product.

Adding to or Modifying a Purchase
If you want to make any modifications to a purchase you’ve made through
Daily Wish, like adding additional travelers or stays to travel packages, you’ll
have to speak directly with the specific partner. In most cases, you’ll probably
have to pay full price for any additions if this option is available. Unfortunately,
you can’t use points or miles to modify or upgrade Daily Wish packages. See

Cancelling a Purchase
Unfortunately, because the offers we showcase on the site are of limited
availability, all sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on
any Daily Wish items unless they’re received in damaged condition.

Damaged Products
If the product is damaged upon receipt, you have 14 days from receipt of
delivery to report the damage. Neither American Express nor the partner is
responsible for damage to products if you fail to report the damage within the
14-day period. Reach out directly to the partner if you need to report damage.

Redeeming a Premium Offer

Receiving a Statement Credit
To receive your statement credit, you have to make your qualifying purchase
with the same Card you used to unlock the Daily Wish site. Only purchases
made after your enrollment in the offer has been confirmed will be applied
toward earning your statement credit.
You usually get your statement credit a few days after you’ve completed your
qualifying purchase. In most cases, you’ll see the credit appear on your
statement within 3–5 days of the date you completed your qualifying
purchase. Please check your online statement to see when the credit has
been applied.

Remember, you get your statement credit only after you make the qualifying
purchase for the offer you’ve enrolled in. Make sure you used the same Card

Subscribing to the RSS Feed
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication — it’s an easy way to get Daily
Wish content delivered right to your customized start page. You’ll get
information about the Hot product of the day, including what it is, when it goes
on sale, and what the Daily Wish price is.
To subscribe to the feed, go to the home page and click on the “Subscribe
daily” RSS icon at the bottom of the page. You can add the Daily Wish feed to
a personal web page or to any desktop reader of your choice to see what’s
showcased on the site before you even visit it.

The Product Reviews Section
The Product Reviews section of Daily Wish is an online discussion board
where you can post your opinions about the items for sale in our weekly
collections. To post a review, you need to create a login. Just click on
“Product Reviews” in the top right corner of the site and then click on
“Register” in the “Product Reviews” area.
Once you're logged in, just click on the collection or product you wish to
comment on, and then click on “Reply.” Both positive and negative reviews
are welcome and encouraged.
Note that posts unrelated to Daily Wish, or that violate the Product Review
Code of Conduct in any way, will be removed from the boards.
We can’t respond to Customer Service inquiries posted to the discussion boards, but other members on the boards can be a great source of information.
